We're looking for a hands-on, customer-focused technician to support our internal users with desktop, laptop, and peripheral issues. This role is ideal for someone with strong troubleshooting skills, a passion for technology, and a desire to grow in IT.

Hourly Wage: $25.00 - $31.50, plus annual bonus opportunity.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:
Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot device and application delivery technologies and systems.
Package and ship equipment to remote and onsite employees as needed. Decommission and pre-provision devices for end users.
Act as a liaison with business units to understand needs and deliver solutions. Gather requirements to ensure appropriate technology is deployed for the customer.
Develop and document tasks, procedures, and processes for hardware/software installation. Assist in capacity planning and demand forecasting.
Participate in projects as a technical representative.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING:
Experience with device pre-provisioning through device decommissioning. Experience in packaging and shipping IT equipment.
Skill in identifying and resolving problems with computer hardware and software.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work effectively in teams and obtain consensus from multiple parties.
Ability to ensure appropriate security and privacy measures are implemented.

Able to work remotely with access to a high-speed internet connection and located in the United States.
PREFERRED:
Requires advanced level technical understanding of hardware and software.
Focus on analysis, development, modification, installation, testing, and maintenance.
