McKesson is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst, FP&A to support the Practice Management (USON) Finance team. This role will report to the Senior Manager, FP&A and play a key role in delivering financial insights, supporting strategic initiatives, and driving performance across the business. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical capabilities, a passion for data-driven decision making, and the ability to communicate complex financial information in a clear and concise manner.

Current Need
The Senior Financial Analyst will be responsible for supporting financial planning, forecasting, and reporting of Practice Management headquarters operating expense. This includes preparing executive-level presentations, analyzing business performance, and identifying opportunities for improvement. The role requires a high level of attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the development and delivery of monthly and quarterly financial reporting packages for executive leadership

• Analyze financial results, identify key trends and variances, and provide actionable insights to drive business performance

• Assist in the development of annual budgets, forecasts, and long-range plans that align with Oncology & Multi-Specialty strategic growth initiatives

• Build and maintain financial models to support business case development and strategic initiatives

• Partner with business stakeholders to understand financial drivers and support decision-making

• Contribute to the continuous improvement of financial processes, tools, and reporting capabilities

• Support ad-hoc financial analysis and special projects as needed

Minimum Requirement

Degree or equivalent and typically requires 4+ years of relevant experience.

Education
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field required
MBA or CPA preferred

Critical Skills

• 4+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis, corporate finance, or related field

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data

• Proficiency in financial modeling and forecasting

• Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to convey financial information to non-financial audiences

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

• Experience with financial systems and tools such as BPC, SAC, Essbase, PeopleSoft, SAP, PowerBI, and Tableau

• Self-starter with a proactive mindset and strong attention to detail

Salary: 79,600.00 - 106,100.00 - 132,600.00 USD Annual with 5% MIP

(Target range 95K-105K)
