In this role, you will report to theOnsite Supervisor and will work closely with the Avantor's Advanced Laboratory Services professionals to serve our customers by performing customized, mission-based lab work and research protocols that help return time back to science. What we're looking for Education:
Experience:
3-5 years of relevant experience, which may include a college degree. Basic understanding of laboratory environments and processes. Pipetting experience required. Experience in life sciences, biotechnology, and/or pharmaceutical industries. Exposure to the storage and management of laboratory products. Familiarity with laboratory safety standards and regulatory compliance. Basic understanding of chemical handling and laboratory glassware care. Experience with autoclaves, washers, and sterilization processes is a plus.
Required skills:
Demonstrated ability to organize tasks effectively and manage time efficiently. Strong customer-focused approach with a commitment to delivering exceptional service. Proficiency in IT tools, including Microsoft Office Suite and inventory management systems. Experience using collaboration platforms; Microsoft Teams preferred. Physical capability to lift and transport materials weighing up to 50 lbs. Excellent verbal and written communication skills; able to work independently and as part of a team. Analytical and problem-solving abilities with flexibility to adapt to changing priorities. Preferred: Background in logistics combined with laboratory knowledge.

In this role you will: Inventory and Reagents Management
Oversee and execute inventory control for consumables and reagents. Process orders, replenish stock, and maintain point-of-use locations. Maintain 5S standards at all point-of-use locations.
Gas Cylinder and Dewar Management
Glassware, Autoclave, and Parts Washer Facility
Manage glassware washing operations Perform daily pickup of glassware for washing/autoclaving Inspect glassware for damage and dispose of defective items. Maintain adequate stock of glassware and related supplies (e.g., detergents).
Preparation of In-House Materials
Order and maintain inventory of raw materials required for formulation preparation. Manufacture and deliver prepared formulations to end users. Operate equipment safely and in compliance with all applicable standards.
