Saint Therese of Woodbury is looking for an experienced Nurse Supervisor (RN) to join our dedicated team! Since 2016, Saint Therese of Woodbury has been filled with social vibrancy, distinctive living spaces and a continuum of care blended to create a unique senior living experience. We offer 216 independent, assisted living and memory care apartments; and 56 skilled and transitional care units. Position available 2:00 p.m. - 10:30 p.m. - Full Time - Monday - Friday (80 hours per pay period), position will work every other holiday.

The Nurse Supervisor is responsible for:

Manages and supervises the activities of a shift in the care center. Acts as a resource in interpreting nursing policies and procedures and their application to residents and staff. Assigns staff to handle campus emergencies in the absence of administrative staff.

Qualifications:

Experience: Three years of nursing experience is required. Previous supervisory experience is preferred, but not required. Must be able to demonstrate strong leadership skills.

Special knowledge, skills and abilities:

• Demonstrated working knowledge of nursing department functions with special emphasis on compliance with Federal and State Regulations
• Knowledge of the scope of the Minnesota Board of Nursing Nurse Practice Act
• Demonstrated ability to participate in and collaborate with interdisciplinary team.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities.
• Effective time management/prioritization and critical thinking skills
• Demonstrated written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
• Basic knowledge of computers and related software and particular familiarity with databases

Metro Transit is now piloting a new on-demand, shared ride service in a few areas around the metro, including a 13-square-mile area in Woodbury and parts of Oakdale and Lake Elmo. Metro micro will operate between 5:30 a.m. and 10:30 p.m. on weekdays; 7 a.m. to 10:30 p.m. on weekends.

Pay Range: $40.49 - $54.96/hour depending on experience.
