The Talent Development Manager is responsible for designing, implementing, and executing talent development initiatives to enhance employee performance, engagement, and growth across our global organization. This pivotal role will ensure the development of skills and capabilities across all levels, aligning workforce development initiatives with business objectives to drive operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Talent Development: Contribute to development and execution of talent development programs that support the company's strategic goals for growing our global manufacturing operations.
  • Training & Learning Initiatives: Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure talent programs are aligned with business priorities and create a measurable impact on engagement and performance.
  • Succession Planning: Work with HR leaders in the business divisions to identify development solutions for high-potential employees and develop succession plans for critical roles within the organization.
  • Performance Management: Collaborate with HR and department heads to enhance performance management processes, including goal setting, feedback, and development planning.
  • Leadership Development: Contribute to design and implementation of leadership development programs to prepare future leaders to support long-term organizational success.
  • Employee & Team Development: Drive initiatives to support career growth journeys, such as utilizing assessments to enable employee, leadership and team development, and implementing mentoring and coaching programs.
  • Compliance & Best Practices: Responsible for global compliance training programs to mitigate risk to the company; Ensure all programs comply with relevant regulations and industry best practices.
  • Research and manage vendor relationships, including contract administration.
  • Metrics & Reporting: Track, analyze, and report on the effectiveness of talent development programs using relevant KPIs and feedback tools.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred).
  • 5+ years of experience in Talent Management including: talent development, training, or HR management, ideally in a manufacturing environment.
  • A passion for building inclusive, engaging, and growth-oriented workplace cultures.
  • Key knowledge of the principles and methods of managing organizational change, leadership development, talent management, facilitation, coaching, and learning.
  • Project Management, organizing & planning skills with the ability to manage multiple and shifting priorities.
  • Highly collaborative, strong internal networking and stakeholder management skills
  • Proactive, hands-on, results-oriented style with a focus on continuous improvement.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work with ambiguity and exercise independent judgement to make timely business decisions effectively.
  • Strong Business Acumen and Systems Thinking; Able to understand business functions and operating model from a "big picture" perspective.
  • Experience with learning management systems (LMS) and HRIS platforms.
  • Ability to analyze data and metrics to drive decisions and improvements.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.

The expected annual salary for this position is between $108,120.00 to $145,696.00 and will be eligible for incentive pay. This range represents a good faith estimate for the position and actual compensation will be based on numerous factors including knowledge, location, skills, training and experience.
