$55-65K 1st Shift Brookfield, WI Job Category: Business Administration Job Details: Key Responsibilities Recruitment & Staffing * Manage full-cycle recruiting for office, warehouse, and driver/installer positions. * Develop job postings, coordinate interviews, and oversee onboarding and new hire orientation. * Partner with department managers to forecast staffing needs and maintain talent pipelines. Employee Relations & Engagement * Serve as primary contact for employee questions, concerns, and conflict resolution. * Foster a culture of communication, teamwork, and accountability. * Implement employee recognition, retention, and engagement initiatives. Compensation, Benefits & Payroll * Oversee payroll accuracy and timely processing in coordination with accounting. * Administer employee benefits programs (health, dental, vision, 401(k), etc.). * Conduct annual compensation reviews and recommend adjustments based on market data. Compliance & HR Administration * Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws (FLSA, FMLA, OSHA, etc.). * Manage and maintain employee records and HR documentation. * Update company policies and employee handbook as needed. Training & Performance Management * Coordinate employee training, certifications, and safety programs. * Guide managers through performance evaluations and disciplinary actions. * Support professional development and skills advancement initiatives. Health, Safety & Workplace Oversight * Collaborate with operations management to ensure warehouse and delivery safety standards are met. * Maintain OSHA documentation and support workplace safety audits. * Promote a safe and respectful working environment for all staff. Skills and Qualifications * Strong communication skills, both in person and over the phone * Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion * Understanding/Ability to learn payroll systems * Ability to effectively handle customer inquiries, concerns, and objections * Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office * Highly organized with a proactive and customer-first attitude * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities * Goal-oriented with a focus on improving efficiency and effectiveness * Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills * Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills Job Type: Full-time Salary: $55,000 - $65,000 Benefits: * 401(k) * Dental insurance * Health insurance * Paid time off * Vision insurance Schedule: * 8 hour shift * Day shift * Monday to Friday Supplemental pay types: * Bonus pay |
