About you

As a Senior Financial Analyst, you'll be at the heart of our support operations by providing expert financial analysis and other analytical work to support transaction management and brokerage services. Armed with exceptional analytical and organizational skills and a keen eye for details, you're a problem solver who's always looking for ways to improve internal processes to achieve better results.

In this role, you will...

  • Optimize client's real estate acquisition and disposition strategies by developing comprehensive financial models, conducting research, and performing analysis of leases, proposals, and client portfolios.

  • Design and build sophisticated financial models for properties with existing and speculative cash flow.

  • You are passionate about providing exception service to your clients and you are able to do this through providing analytical tools and cost-effective analysis that can influence purchase decisions.

  • Assist in developing content and writing presentations and offering memoranda.

  • You have excellent communication skills and thrive in a collaborative team environment and are comfortable providing support in client presentations, responses to RFP's and new business pitches.

  • You excel in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to deliver results to the highest accuracy in terms of financial analysis.

  • May perform other duties as assigned.

What success looks like

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, Business Administration, Accounting, Economics or related area.

  • 2-5 years' experience in real estate and/or capital markets.

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel with Argus modelling experience.

  • Experience developing cash flow models and in-depth financial analysis.

  • Strong research skills and attention to details.

  • Commercial real estate experience is required

  • Action oriented and has ability to handle multiple deadlines and work with minimal direction and supervision.

Employees are able to enroll in our company's 401k plan, which includes an employer match. Employees will also receive 10 days of sick leave and a minimum of 15-days vacation annually. Certain senior-level roles are eligible for unlimited time off. Employees will also enjoy 10 paid holidays plus two personal flex days throughout the calendar year.Twelve weeks (for birth parents) and 4 weeks (for non-birth parents, including adoptive/foster parents) of paid parental leave will also be available for use after successful completion of 90 days of employment.Individuals may be eligible for different or additional benefits under applicable state law.

Bonus
This position is eligible for an annual bonus, based on company and individual performance.

For Salary Roles

Approximate Salary Range for Role: $100,000 to $130,000

Area/Location Specific: New Jersey

Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on this job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
