Description
Essential Job Functions Directly responsible for the integrity and accuracy of all related Hot Tapping equipment released to the field. Maintains a safe, secure and healthy environment by adhering to Company/Customer safety standards and practices and to legal regulations, alerting others regarding potential hazards or concern Performs all duties as assigned and adheres to TEAM's Core Values. Inspects and Monitors equipment routinely to ensure compliance with operational and safety performance standards, and takes corrective action or coordinates with Engineering to resolve as needed. Evaluates equipment performance and reacts to equipment failures for timely resolution Performs preventative maintenance and repair of field service equipment per defined client and organization specifications Coordinates with manufacturing and engineering personnel to ensure parts and equipment are available to prevent excessive downtime when equipment failures occur Serves as the 'on the floor lead to supervise, mentor and train the Shop Technicians Job Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred Background in mechanical equipment assembly Background with Field Machining, Technical Bolting, and/or Hot Tapping Service Equipment Operations/Maintenance is desired One (1) to three (3) years' experience in a supervisory role Travel Requirements: 0% - 10% Equal Opportunity Employer
