KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

LEAD ENGINEERING OPERATIONS
Guide teams to deliver impactful results across daily operations and strategic projects.

OPTIMIZE WORKFORCE UTILIZATION
Develop and maintain labor standards that support data-driven decisions and operational efficiency.

DRIVE PROJECT EXECUTION
Manage complex initiatives from concept to completion, aligning with business goals and timelines.

ENHANCE PROCESS PERFORMANCE
Implement improvements in layout, flow, packaging, and quality to boost productivity.

ADVANCE TECHNOLOGY ADOPTION
Recommend and support innovative solutions that improve performance across all areas.

KEY RELATIONSHIPS

Collaborate with teams across Manufacturing, Distribution, and Administration
Engage with external partners and vendors to drive innovation and execution

KNOWLEDGE SKILLS AND ABILITIES



  • Proven ability to lead and influence across functions
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Expertise in Lean, Six Sigma, and Theory of Constraints
  • Advanced analytical and problem-solving capabilities
  • Experience managing multiple projects in dynamic environments



REQUISITE EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS



  • Degree in Industrial Engineering or related field
  • Minimum five years of experience in manufacturing or distribution
  • Proficiency in labor and warehouse management systems
  • Lean and Six Sigma certification
  • Willingness to travel up to 20%
  • Skilled in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office tools

At adidas we offer a Hybrid work policy which requires attendance in the office Monday through Thursday, with the flexibility to work remotely on Friday each week. For work requiring a high degree of collaboration or an in-person presentation, in-office attendance is required even on Friday. The working location of this position is Indianapolis, Indiana.
