The School of Environment and Sustainability (SEaS) invites applications for a tenure track Assistant Professor tojoin a new "Blue"/Water and Sustainability initiative in the College of Arts and Sciences, whose Discovery in Action initiative embraces engaged and interdisciplinary research that includes public scholarship and preparation of students for impactful careers.Thisposition is open to applicants who explore human, water, and economic dynamics in areas such as but not limited to river ecosystems, groundwater aquifers,coastal or open ocean systems,water quality, weather, flooding and disasters, fisheries and aquaculture, water transportation, or renewable energy, that may have broad relevance to conservation, resource management, sustainable development, or climate resilience. A PhD in Environmental or Sustainability Studies or a closely related field is required prior to effective date of appointment. Application Process
