What You'll Do Assign daily work assignments to maximize shift operations Keep management abreast of disruptions or changes to output Meet production quality, quantity, and safety standards on the shift Act as liaison between Senior Management and subordinate levels to inform personnel of communications, decisions, and policies Work alongside employees in the performance of their duties Assist in the development of other employees including holding them accountable and providing performance feedback to the management team Must be willing to work in the elements the majority of the workday in an open area without rooftop coverage What You'll Need Minimum 2 years of experience within the construction or manufacturing industry preferred Must be able to work effectively with others by sharing ideas in a constructive, positive manner Must be able to work in an industrial environment and in varying temperatures Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams Ability to communicate with customers, employees, and business leaders Great organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to multi-task Your Education High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience is required We are CMC, a Fortune 500 company at the leading edge of our industry.
