Who We Are Looking For


Crisis24 is hiring an embedded intelligence analyst located in Annapolis, United States to join our Embedded Intelligence Services division. Under the Crisis24 Program Manager's general supervision, the Intelligence Analyst II performs global threat monitoring, intelligence analysis and production, investigative research, and disaster response support for one of Crisis24's most valued clients. This position requires shift work that includes regular weekend shifts, and occasional holiday coverage.


The successful candidate will work in a hybrid work schedule at Crisis24's Annapolis, MD office.

What You Will Work On




  • Monitor for open-source information to identify threats and disasters (cyclones, security incidents, wildfires, shootings, earthquakes, civil unrest, etc.) that are likely to impact the client's operations



  • Analyze and assess risks to the business by leveraging sensitive data and proprietary technology to gauge client impact



  • Write and disseminate clear analytical assessments in a fast-paced environment with minimal oversight, and competing tasks and priorities



  • Utilize structured analytical techniques to deliver high-quality intelligence products



  • Collect and analyze data to deliver visualization products that provide clear impact and insight



  • Conduct detailed hyperlocal incident mapping in Google MyMaps utilizing advanced mapping techniques



  • Carry out extensive research during disaster events to assess impact scope, duration, demographics, and deployed non government and government organizations



  • Provide administrative and operational support to the client to include participating in meetings, project tracking, and supporting partner outreach



What You Will Bring


  • Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree or equivalent experience is preferred.
  • 2 to 4 years' experience in intelligence analysis, threat assessment, incident response or a related field required
  • Excellent research, writing, and verbal briefing skills.
  • Excellent analytic skills, including familiarity with analytic techniques.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Knowledge of Google Earth and Maps.
  • Effective problem-solving and multi-tasking skills.
  • Ability to organize and prioritize work with little supervision.
  • Ability to adhere to timelines and deadlines with effective time management skills.
  • Establishing and maintaining positive professional rapport with other analysts and SME as well as client contacts.
  • Foreign language and travel experience preferred.
  • Customer service experience preferred.
