Are you a hands-on, self-motivated professional with a passion for quality service and hospitality? Lee Healths Food and Nutrition Services at HealthPark Medical Center is looking for a dedicated Lead Nutrition Tech- Catering to take charge of all catering operations.

In this critical role, you will independently plan, prepare, and execute catering events from start to finish, ensuring every detail reflects the high standards of Lee Health. Youll coordinate seamlessly with internal teams, maintain supplies and equipment, and deliver exceptional customer service, making every event a success.

What Youll Do:

• Manage all catering events independentlyfrom set-up to breakdown
• Prepare and organize food and beverages tailored to event needs
• Communicate with internal departments to confirm event details and timelines
• Maintain inventory, order supplies, and ensure equipment readiness
• Uphold strict food safety and sanitation standards
• Represent the Food and Nutrition Services department with professionalism and care
