CEE is seeking a team-oriented problem solver to join our Salesforce team. You will manage and build Salesforce apps with project management, automation, and reporting functions. This position will perform project manager, administrator and analyst roles in a Sales Cloud environment with a mid-sized nonprofit company. The ideal candidate will bring initiative, stakeholder experience and a communications-forward attitude.

This is a full time, intermediate level position that reports to the lead Business Systems Analyst.

What You'll Do



  • Reach out to project and operations colleagues to define performance metrics, identify data requirements and tailor processes and reports to fit business needs.
  • Optimize Salesforce reports and dashboards for project managers. / Display program data to support strategic decision-making and assess business effectiveness.
  • Build apps that expand CEE's use of Salesforce for program implementation.
  • Train users and document best practices.
  • Recognize opportunities for automation and innovation and work with stakeholders to build them in Salesforce.
  • Manage permissions and sharing, and apply best practices for data security.
  • Perform other duties as assigned or apparent.



Skills & Knowledge We're Looking For



  • 3+ years experience as Salesforce Sales Cloud administrator or business analyst. Administrator certification can substitute for some experience.
  • Skilled in stakeholder communication in a hybrid workplace
  • Experience engaging end users to understand their workflows and deliver tailored software with guidance
  • Proactive in identifying opportunities for improvement and taking ownership of solutions
  • Testing solutions with developers and users using a task management system



Preferred Qualifications



  • Experience with Cirrus Insight, Klient PSA, Jira apps
  • Experience with Apex and VSCode
  • Enthusiasm and experience with story building, user acceptance testing, user experience, partner portals or connected apps



Compensation



  • Dependent on qualifications and experience, we expect the pay range upon hire for this position will be $85,000-90,000/year
