Job Title: Quality Assurance (QA) Automation Engineer(s) Location: Washington, DC. Job Description: A keen eye for detail for grammatical and spelling errors, small variances in color or shading, and small variances in sizing and placement of objects on a page. QA Automation experience alone is not sufficient. A detail-oriented mindset and the ability to catch small details that others, even developers, miss are required; At least one (1) year working with AWS cloud environments; Experience with detecting, tracking, reporting, and communicating any test defects effectively; At least two (2) years of experience with QA automation and programming; The ability to write automated tests using Ruby, Java, or Python; Significant experience with Bash and SQL; Comprehensive knowledge of desktop and mobile web-application testing is also required; At least a working knowledge of source code version control with git; Availability and ability to conduct the work and participate in the meetings as detailed in Section C Statement of Work; Education: An undergraduate college degree or four (4) years of professional experience relevant to this position; Experience: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to liaise and collaborate with Contractor staff, COR, and other vendors or stakeholders; A collaborative, congenial, responsive, and helpful nature.
