Laborer

The Laborer will perform tasks assigned to them by the Superintendent. The Laborer will assist in maintaining the jobsite orderliness and safety measures/compliance. This position will aid in receiving deliveries and moving materials. This position requires manual labor and the ability to work with small tools and equipment.

Essential Functions:

• Work with and support the Superintendent and other ECBuild staff.
• Regularly inspect and maintain the site's safety measures and cleanliness
• Work with and assist Subcontracting crews
• Perform assigned tasks in a safe, professional, and efficient manner.
• Perform tasks associated with opening and closing the site on a daily basis
• Perform tasks that require manual labor and working with small tools and equipment
• Maintain and organize the ECBuild field office(s)
• Willingness to learn
• Able to work independently
• Performs other related duties as assigned

Required Education and Experience:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• OSHA 10 Hour
• Valid Driver license
• Excellent time management skills and a high attention to detail.
• Experience working on Construction sites
• Flexibility and willingness to travel and work at various locations
• Ability to work well with diverse, multi-disciplined groups

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Project Types: Pharmaceutical, Healthcare, Laboratory, MEP and Commercial Experience is a plus

Must be able to pass a criminal background check and a pre-employment drug screening
