Leads and manages analysis and reports, utilizing expertise to recommend improvements. Manages and drives regional/cross-regional projects

Responsibilities
Problem Solving/Assessment


  • Determines and applies appropriate methodologies and tools for analyzing a range of complex, functional and/or cross-functional problems with business implications (often complex and with a high level of ambiguity)

  • Takes the lead to solve issues with business leads

  • Provides recommendations that consider the needs of cross functional teams

  • Identifies process gaps and issues and drives areas for improvement

  • Assesses impact of manual workarounds

  • Determines and utilizes appropriate methodology including Lean Six Sigma where appropriate

  • Facilitates discussions often with large/cross-functional groups and drives resolution where disagreement exists


Project Management


  • Creates, manages, and drives large regional/cross-regional project plans and resources, executing them using appropriate tools and techniques

  • Ensures resources are in the right place at the right time

  • Drives alignment with stakeholders from problem identification through implementation and post-implementation monitoring

  • Communicates team progress

  • Creates scope, project charter and stakeholder analysis

  • Applies appropriate project management skills and best practices including Lean Six Sigma

  • Identifies and manages risks and issues, driving suitable mitigation plans


Cost/Benefit Analysis and Monitoring


  • Manages pre and post implementation analysis and develops recommendations and plans

  • Expected benefits and actual results


Coaching and Mentoring


  • Mentors junior team members and internal staff, providing necessary feedback, guidance and/or advice

  • May act in an advisory capacity to Yellow, Green or Junior Lean Six Sigma Black belts


Implementation and Change Management


  • Manages process and procedural documentation

  • Completes post deployment analysis, monitoring and control, driving recommendation for improvement to completion

  • Assesses post project benefits and success


Reporting and Metrics


  • Leads status reporting, highlighting risks, issues and concerns

  • Drives recommendations for improvement based on report results to completion

  • Creates and publishes complex dashboards


Alignment, Consistency & Prioritization


  • Champions changes to enable customer benefits

  • Assesses priority based on fit to agreed organizational criteria

  • Drives consistency and alignment across different functional teams

  • Recommends alternative solutions, escalating where disagreements persist

  • Leads and facilitates cross functional discussions to drive issues, challenges and prioritization efforts

  • Manages conflict during discussions, escalating where problems persist


Business Requirements, Functional Design and Process Design


  • Obtains, creates and documents business requirements engaging multiple stakeholders

  • Creates and drives sign-off of BRD (business requirements document), managing BRDs (including those with high complexity), cross-functional and cross-regional reviews

  • Works with the BSA's and Dev. team on solution design and development, providing recommendations for improvement

  • Assesses solutions from multiple angles

  • Reviews functional design, working closely with BSAs and DEV teams to ensure solution meets requirements

  • Partners with stakeholders to analyze, define and document business processes within and across functional areas

  • Utilizes Lean Six Sigma methodology; may design or improve business processes

  • Facilitates workshops to drive agreement where appropriate


Stakeholder Management


  • Manages stakeholder expectations within and/or across functions

  • Likely to work with governance boards or steering committees to build effective relationships

  • Identifies and proactively includes correct stakeholders and communications effectively

  • Resolves complex stakeholder issues, escalating persistent issues to executives, building effective relationships

  • Utilizes effective methods of communication with stakeholders, varying approach accordingly


Testing


  • May lead user acceptance testing

  • May be responsible for ensuring User Acceptance Testing is fully planned and executed

  • Develops and assigns test cases

  • Identifies testing resources

  • Assesses testing progress


Qualifications


  • 15+ years experience in related field preferred

  • Bachelor's degree required

  • Green belt preferred


The targeted pay range for this position in the following location is / locations are:

United States - Dallas Infomart Office DAI : 136,000 - 204,000 USD / Annual

Canada - Toronto Office TRO : 119,000 - 179,000 CAD / Annual

Our pay ranges reflect the minimum and maximum target for new hire pay for the full-time position determined by role, level, and location.The pay range shown is based on our compensation structure in place at the time of posting and may be updated periodically based on business needs. Individual pay is based on additional factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education and/or training.

The targeted pay range listed reflects the base pay only and does not include bonus, equity, or benefits. Employees are eligible for bonus, and equity may be offered depending on the position.
