Description and Requirements This new position joins Lenovo's AI Governance and Product Security organization within the Chief AI Office in our mission of enabling security and trust in Lenovo's use of AI technology in product development through Responsible AI. The AI Governance and Product Security Office works across all Lenovo's business and product areas to ensure AI tools are used in accordance with Company standards and international regulations, and products are developed and implemented with industry best practices for security. In partnership with AI and security leaders across Lenovo, the Sr. Manager, AI Model and Project Security will lead the development of technical standards, governance, security reviews, threat intelligence and programs for AI models and development tools used globally for both customer and operational projects This person must be a strategic thinker & strong collaborator. Strong management and AI technical expertise are key. The candidate must have a clear understanding of AI technology, LLM architecture, and the vulnerabilities and remediation strategies with AI models and platforms, product security, secure software development methodologies, security operations, services, solutions and product security, infrastructure security, open source software and global cyber security standards & regulations. Must have passion for AI, technology, engineering, safety and the knowledge that it begins with people and process. Responsibilities:

The base salary budgeted range for this position is $150,000 - 200,000. Individuals will also be eligible for a 14% annual performance bonus. Lenovo's great benefits can be found at www.lenovobenefits.com.
