Position Type : Full timeType Of Hire : Experienced (relevant combo of work and education)Education Desired : Bachelor of Business AdministrationJob Description The Director of Project Management will be responsible for developing and executing TPO programs under our HR as a Product operating model, which treats HR capabilities as integrated, user-centered solutions designed to deliver business value. This role will oversee the initiatives that will include Job Architecture, Position Management, and other foundational programs that drive workforce effectiveness, organizational clarity, and talent optimization. What you will be doing The candidate will be managing a team of project manager that will partner up with HR Business Partners, TPO Teams and Executive stakeholders to manage and support talent initiatives aligned to FIS' goals and objectives. With a continuous improvement approach, you will be required to stay update on market trends, optimizing talent technologies and deliver complex, enterprise-wide initiatives that align with our strategic priorities and deliver measurable impact.
