The Senior Product Manager guides and manages the full lifecycle of new technology products and feature enhancements, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer needs. This role is responsible for shaping product strategy, defining requirements, and driving execution across cross-functional teams to deliver innovative, high-quality solutions to the market. The Senior Product Manager serves as a strategic advisor, leveraging deep industry and technical expertise to influence product direction and organizational decision-making.

Main Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end lifecycle management of technology products, from concept and design through development, launch, and continuous improvement.
  • Develop comprehensive product concepts, designs, and roadmaps that align with market needs, user requirements, and company strategy.
  • Conduct market and customer research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive insights to inform product decisions.
  • Translate business needs into clear product requirements, functional specifications, and user experience mock-ups.
  • Partner with engineering, design, and business stakeholders to ensure timely and successful product delivery.
  • Define and track product performance metrics, ensuring continuous alignment with business objectives.
  • Act as the primary advocate for the product internally and externally, communicating the vision and progress to leadership and key stakeholders.
  • Provide thought leadership and strategic guidance to enhance the company's product innovation and market competitiveness.
  • Participate in all phases of the product development lifecycle, including analysis, design, testing, and integration.
  • Contribute to developing product management best practices across the organization.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field required.
  • Master's degree (MBA or equivalent) preferred.
  • 10+ years of related experience in product management, technology development, or a related field.
  • Proven success managing complex product portfolios or large-scale technology initiatives.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
  • Deep understanding of market research, user experience design, and data-driven decision-making.

Salary: $180K/yr. DOE
