The Coordinator, Digital Product & Retention supports the execution of digital product initiatives with a strong focus on design and e-commerce platform management. This role collaborates with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality user experiences across web, mobile, and app. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, design-savvy, and comfortable working in fast-paced digital environments.

Responsibilities

  • Create and maintain wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes in Figma
  • Collaborate with designers and developers to ensure design consistency and usability across platforms
  • Support the development and maintenance of design systems and component libraries
  • Assist in managing and updating content, products, and collections within Shopify and Klaviyo
  • Monitor site and email performance, and user behavior using analytics tools
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to ensure creative alignment across channels
  • Maintain project timelines and deliverables for design and product initiatives
  • Organize and manage digital assets and documentation repositories
  • Pull and compile data from Shopify, Google Analytics, and campaign platforms
  • Assist in preparing performance reports and dashboards for stakeholders
  • Other duties as assigned

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • Ability to thrive amongst frequently changing priorities and deadlines
  • Strong attention to detail and established computer skills; Shopify, Figma, Klaviyo, Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint with the ability to learn and utilize new systems
  • Comfortable establishing relationships and interacting with various levels within the organization
  • Ability to juggle multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and efficiently prioritize workday to maximize productivity
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively and professionally
  • Enthusiastic, pro-active, and positive person who adapts to change and with urgency and persistence

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Design, Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred; additional experience in lieu of degree considered
  • One (1) - Three (3) years of experience in digital design, product coordination, or e-commerce.
  • Proficiency in Figma is required; experience with Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
  • Ecommerce Environment experience referred

The salary range for this posted position is $50,500 - $56,500 (plus bonus & benefits) and pertains to candidates located in Western New York. Actual compensation will fall within this range and is determined by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, education, essential job duties and requirements, and necessary experience.
