The Coordinator, Planning (E-Commerce) will ensure all orders are entered on time and maintained in the system to support Ecom's daily launch calendar. Post launch, this member of the team will be responsible for creating and updating sales recaps to better inform future buys and marketing efforts.

Responsibilities

  • Enter all purchase orders manually in the system by working independently to prioritize workload in order to meet hard deadlines
  • Keep existing orders updated in a timely manner as changes come through
  • Send all orders to production in advance of the program close date to ensure Ecom's order is captured
  • Collaborate with the Lifestyle and Marketing team on sample orders
  • Assist Buffalo & New York City Retail locations by entering stock transfer orders as needed
  • Work in tandem with merchandising to identify weekly, monthly and seasonal sales trends by proactively keeping sales reports updated
  • Maintain integrity of inventory reporting systems, reconcile regularly, and make adjustments as needed
  • Keep all sensitive matters confidential
  • Other duties as assigned

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • Ability to thrive amongst frequently changing priorities and deadlines
  • Strong attention to detail and established computer skills; Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint with the ability to learn and utilize new systems
  • Comfortable establishing relationships and interacting with various levels within the organization
  • Ability to juggle multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and efficiently prioritize workday to maximize productivity
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively and professionally
  • Enthusiastic, pro-active, and positive person who adapts to change and with urgency and persistence

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, or related field preferred; additional experience will be considered in lieu of degree
  • One (1) - Three (3) years of experience in a related field required
  • Retail Environment experience referred
  • Knowledge of sportswear or apparel industry preferred

  • The location for this position is 100% on-site in Buffalo, NY
  • 0% to 5%; domestic and/or global

The salary range for this posted position is $50,500- $56,500 (plus bonus & benefits) and pertains to candidates located in Western New York. Actual compensation will fall within this range and is determined by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, education, essential job duties and requirements, and necessary experience.
