Role & Responsibilities As a DELMIAWorks Education Specialist, you'll use your EnterpriseIQ expertise to design and deliver engaging training that helps customers attain the maximum performance from their ERP system. You will be responsible for: Developing instructor-led and eLearning materials for customer training Delivering training in the classroom, virtually, and on-site settings Explaining complex ERP concepts clearly and effectively Expanding knowledge across ERP areas such as manufacturing, accounting, and quality Working independently to meet project timelines and team goals Qualifications Possesses 4+ years of experience in customer service or client engagement Demonstrates experience with ERP, supply chain, or planning systems in a manufacturing environment Preferred: EnterpriseIQ, manufacturing, accounting/finance, quality control, Oracle, or L&D experience Displays strong communication and training delivery skills, both in-person & virtual Able to travel up to 20% Compensation for the role will be commensurate with experience. The total expected compensation range will be between $90,000 - $105,000 representing the base salary (or annualized salary based on estimated hourly compensation) and target bonus.
