  • Leverage analytics, technology, and market intelligence to prioritize accounts, enhance targeting, and refine go-to-market efficiency.
  • Forge strategic partnerships with property management firms, developers, and key industry stakeholders to co-create long-term value.

  • Build and lead a top-performing, agile sales organization designed to scale with business growth.
  • Evaluate team performance and create development plans that strengthen sales capability and accountability at every level.
  • Mentor and empower sales leaders to foster a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Expand the commercial footprint into new geographies, establishing repeatable models for high-velocity execution and revenue generation.

Collaborate Across the Business

  • Partner cross-functionally with Operations and Commercial Operations to align go-to-market strategies and client delivery.
  • Work closely with the CIO to enhance performance analytics and data transparency across sales and retention channels.
  • Act as a key strategic advisor to the President, contributing to company-wide priorities, revenue planning, and board-level communication.
  • Represent the voice of the customer and sales function in executive discussions, ensuring alignment between growth goals and operational readiness.
