The salary of the finalist selected for this role will be set based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to departmental budgets, qualifications, experience, education, licenses, specialty, and training. The above hiring range represents the University's good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting.

Position Summary

The Department of Epidemiology at the Mailman School of Public Health is recruiting a Project Coordinator to work as a part of Dr. Martins research team and research projects. More specifically, we are seeking a research project coordinator to work on on two different projects focusing on state-level policies and opioid outcomes in pregnant and postpartum people and reproductive age women. The project coordinator will be responsible for scheduling meetings, literature reviews, IRB protocols, database organization, administrative support and interfacing with divisional grants tam, manuscript wring and assisting with grant proposal preparation with guidance from the research team.

Responsibilities



  • Handle literature reviews and manuscript writing. (50%)
  • Provide assistance with IRB protocols. (20%)
  • Handle grant proposal preparation. (10%)
  • Provide administrative support. (15%)
  • Perform general administrative functions, and related duties and responsibilities as assigned/requested. (5%)


Minimum Qualifications



  • Bachelor's degree.


Preferred Qualifications



  • Experience in literature review, great writing skills and great administrative skills.
  • Possess a high level of initiative, clear communication skills, and attention to detail in addition to a demonstrated ability to be flexible to the study's evolving needs.
