Provide clear direction and set priorities aligned with site and corporate objectives. Manage personnel and processes for all inbound/outbound shipments and finished product warehousing. Oversee budgets for Warehouse and Reconditioning operations across three shifts. Develop and coach Team Leaders, Service Leaders, and other frontline leadership. Monitor and close gaps in KPIs including safety, quality, and operational performance. Maintain warehouse systems and distribution equipment, ensuring safe and sanitary conditions. Lead development of daily management systems (DDS, RCFA, CI, Operational Standards). Communicate business unit performance and needs to senior leadership. Direct movement of finished goods across the Maxton campus and broader enterprise.

High School Diploma or GED equivalent (Minimum Qualification) 5+ years of experience in Warehouse Operations, Transportation, or Logistics (Minimum Qualification) Strong cross-functional operations experience Proven ability to lead change and drive improvements with minimal supervision Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; data-driven decision maker Proficiency in SAP, Campbell's Warehouse Management System, Excel, and PowerPoint Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to collaborate across functions and manage multiple priorities

Compensation and Benefits: The target base salary range for this full-time, salaried position is between $96,000-$138,000
Individual base pay depends on work location and additional factors such as experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training. Total pay may include other forms of compensation. In addition, we offer competitive health, dental, 401k and wellness benefits beginning on the first day of employment.
