Position is Onsite in Camden, New Jersey (Hybrid) (Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday - Onsite) You'll play a critical role in protecting Campbell's digital infrastructure by designing and implementing secure, scalable network solutions. Your work will directly support our mission to deliver high-performing, resilient, and secure business operations-from internal communications to manufacturing systems. What You Will Do... As a Network Security Infrastructure Engineer, you will: Play a pivotal role in the design, deployment, and optimization of next-gen firewalls, VPNs, SASE, micro-segmentation, and other security platforms. Partner with enterprise architecture teams to shape and deploy advanced security capabilities, coordinating closely with MSPs to ensure seamless implementation and operational readiness. Provide Tier IV support and subject matter expertise for network operations and new deployments. Develop and enforce scalable network technology standards and policies. Conduct gap analyses and recommend best practices and emerging technologies. Support strategic initiatives including Campbell's digital transformation roadmap and "DevSecOps" adoption. Participate in business projects requiring infrastructure network security design and services. Who You Will Work With... You'll collaborate closely with: System & Application administrators, Office and Plant operation teams. Infosec teams including Incident Response, Access Management, and Vulnerability Management teams. Managed Service Providers (MSPs) for operational support and governance. What You Will Bring to the Table... Must-Have Qualifications: Bachelor's degree and at least 8 years of experience(Minimum Qualifications) 5+ years of IT experience in infrastructure/systems environments. 3+ years of IT systems planning (Plan/Build/Run). 2+ years of architectural design, engineering, and optimization. Experience in outsourced IT environments. Technical Expertise: Deep knowledge of NGFWs, SSL VPN, NAC, RBAC, PAM, and SASE solutions. Hands-on experience with Palo Alto, Fortinet, or Checkpoint firewalls. Familiarity with policy management tools (e.g., Tufin), Aruba ClearPass, and automation tools like Ansible or Terraform. Experience with SD-WAN, IPSEC VPNs, load balancers, and dynamic routing protocols. Baseline knowledge public cloud (Azure, AWS, Google, OCI) and private cloud (VMware) offerings; with some implementation and/or educational experience. Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities. Ability to lead and collaborate in a fast-paced, global environment. Excellent communication and documentation skills. It Would Be Great If You Have... Preferred Qualifications: A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field, along with relevant certifications such as CISSP or vendor-specific security credentials. Experience in cost management and budgeting for network investments and financial planning. Hands-on implementation experience with Cisco, Aruba, Fortinet, Zscaler and Checkpoint technologies. Proven success in vendor technology migrations and replacements. Familiarity with SIEM tools such as Splunk, Cribl, or CrowdStrike for log review and event correlation. Strong knowledge of Route/Switch, DDI, and Enterprise Wi-Fi infrastructure. Experience with IPv6 and dual-stack deployments. Exposure to Private LTE/CBRS cellular deployments, including Cradlepoint devices and NCM console. Direct work experience within public cloud platforms (Azure preferred), including deployment and management of virtual network appliances (NVAs). Understanding and experience working with cloud-based networking components such as load balancers, NSGs, route tables, and ARS/TWGs. Compensation and Benefits:** The target base salary range for this full-time, salaried position is between $131,400-$188,900 Individual base pay depends on work location and additional factors such as experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training. Total pay may include other forms of compensation. In addition, we offer competitive health, dental, 401k and wellness benefits beginning on the first day of employment.
