Qualifications:



  • Education:

    • Master's Degree in Healthcare or Business Administration, Nursing (MSN) or related field required.
    • Active RN license required.


  • Experience:

    • Minimum of 10 years of progressive leadership in clinical operations, healthcare consulting, or executive nursing roles.
    • Demonstrated experience leading complex care program development across multiple service lines.
    • Deep understanding of clinical operations, population health, care transitions, and health system strategy.


  • Skills & Competencies:

    • Strategic thinker with the ability to synthesize clinical and operational data into actionable recommendations.
    • Excellent communication and executive presence; comfortable presenting to C-suite, board members, and frontline teams.
    • Proven change management and cross-disciplinary collaboration skills.
    • Strong analytical and project management capabilities.





POSITION SUMMARY

The Vice President of Clinical Practice will play a critical leadership role in optimizing and expanding clinical services and population health initiatives across the organization. She/he will serve as a key clinical strategist and advisor, providing expert leadership in the design, evaluation, and optimization of patient care programs across the care continuum. This executive-level role will focus on developing and implementing comprehensive care pathways with the goal of improving clinical outcomes, operational efficiency, and patient satisfaction.

The role will have direct oversight of quality initiatives and wellness programming, while collaborating with other leaders to build affinity groups and strategic interventions that align with our population health and outcome goals. This executive will oversee integrated care delivery models while developing innovative strategies to retain employer groups, improve access, manage costs, and elevate health outcomes while supporting the quintuple aim.
