Job Title: Architect /Product Owner Location: Chicago, IL (Hybrid - 3+ days onsite, typically Tuesday-Thursday) Duration: 12+ months (Possible extension) Top 3 Required Skills Strong technical and functional expertise in ServiceNow HR vertical Experience with Workday and third-party integrations to ServiceNow Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Role Overview The Sr. Architect will define and drive the product strategy, vision, and roadmap for client's initiatives. This role requires a mix of technical acumen, business insight, and leadership to deliver innovative and scalable solutions that enhance the employee and operational experience. Key Responsibilities Building a new portal, migration from PeopleSoft to Service Now. Looking for a Product Owner/Architect with mid-range experience, 5-8 years of experience. PM with deep tech skills in service now. Strong personality Great communication skills Collaborative. Working in team team-oriented environment Required Qualifications 5-8 years of hands-on experience as a Product Owner, Technical Architect, or Product Manager within ServiceNow HR or ITSM environments. Proven experience leading portal design and development, including migration projects (e.g., PeopleSoft to ServiceNow). Strong technical expertise in ServiceNow architecture, integrations, and platform customization. Solid understanding of Workday and third-party integrations to ServiceNow. Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence at all levels. Collaborative and team-oriented with a strong personality capable of driving discussions and aligning cross-functional teams. Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments, managing backlogs, user stories, and product roadmaps.
