Operations Administration Job Description
Campus Facilities at the University of Missouri is seeking a dynamic and people-focused Recruiter to help us attract top talent to support the university's mission. As a key member of our HR team, you'll play a vital role in identifying, engaging, and hiring individuals who will contribute to the excellence and sustainability of our campus operations. Reporting to the Associate Director of Recruitment in the Recruitment Center of Excellence, the successful candidate will foster and maintain positive relationships with hiring managers, candidates, and the community. The HR Recruitment Consultant will work in direct collaboration with the University Recruitment Center of Expertise (COE) that focuses on strategic talent acquisition. Key recruitment efforts performed by this position will include:

Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience and at least 3 years of experience from which comparable knowledge and skills can be acquired is necessary. Preferred Qualifications
Anticipated Hiring Range
