National Account Manager

As a National Accounts Manager, you will be the driving force behind some of our most strategic customer relationships-shaping partnerships that deliver growth, innovation, and long-term success. You'll own the national accounts portfolio, setting ambitious targets, building trusted relationships, and developing data-driven strategies that align with our mission to help people hear the world around them.

In this high-impact role, you'll collaborate with regional and territory managers across the U.S. to identify opportunities, strengthen key partnerships, and elevate account performance. Your leadership, business acumen, and ability to translate strategy into action will directly influence the company's market success and customer experience.

Responsibilities:



  • Build and strengthen relationships with key national accounts and buying groups, developing tailored strategies that drive mutual growth and long-term partnership success
  • Lead contract negotiations, pricing strategies, and promotional initiatives to achieve both revenue and profitability goals
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations to deliver integrated account plans and maximize business opportunities
  • Conduct regular business reviews with strategic partners to evaluate performance, share insights, and adjust plans to align with market trends
  • Identify and develop new national account opportunities, expanding the company's footprint across priority channels
  • Ensure operational excellence by managing account updates, pricing, and communication between internal teams and external partners
  • Represent the company as a trusted advisor, championing innovation, customer success, and partnership value across all interactions



More about you:



  • Bachelor's degree required; Master's in Audiology or Business preferred
  • 5+ years of consultative sales experience, preferably in hearing healthcare or a related medical device field
  • Proven success in building and maintaining long-term corporate relationships
  • Strong negotiation, organizational, and presentation skills
  • Results-oriented with a growth mindset and adaptability to evolving business needs
  • Skilled in relationship building and securing commitments at both corporate and clinic levels
  • Proficient in Salesforce (SFDC) and Microsoft Office applications



A minimum of 200Mb/sec download and 10Mb/sec upload speed internet connectivity is required to support any remote/hybrid employee functionality at Sonova

This role's pay range is between: $90,000 - $110,000. This role is also commission eligible.
