Senior B2B Campaign Manager

Own the global B2B and B2B2C marketing strategy and execution across digital and traditional channels. Lead, design, and continuously optimize campaigns that generate demand, drive engagement, and deliver measurable business impact. Serve as the strategic lead for the development of advanced marketing automation, data-driven insights, and cross-functional collaboration to accelerate growth and maximize ROI.

Responsibilities:



  • Ownership of the B2B and B2B2C marketing strategy, including the HCP strategy, aligning with corporate objectives and revenue goals.
  • Understand hearing/health care provider (HCP) and consumer needs, our main target audiences and uncover new VOC insights that help us to improve our B2B / B2B2C marketing and communications.
  • Strategically plan and execute multi-channel demand generation campaigns to strengthen brand awareness, lead generation, and conversion.
  • Partner with leadership to define KPIs and performance metrics; establish a data-driven culture to measure impact and inform strategic decisions.
  • Oversee campaign lifecycle from concept to delivery, leveraging insights to refine and optimize for maximum efficiency and ROI.
  • Lead global campaign planning workshops and mentor regional teams to ensure alignment and consistency in messaging and execution. Oversee the global-to-local marketing automation process, ensuring technical excellence and process efficiency.
  • Drive collaboration between Sales, Branding, Communications, and Product Launch to ensure seamless campaign integration across the buyer journey.
  • Develop and manage the B2B content and communication framework to elevate engagement with key professional audiences.
  • Utilize Salesforce Marketing Cloud and CRM data to enhance segmentation, targeting, scale training and automation strategies that achieve business goals.
  • Lead B2B campaign agency and consultancy relationships, ensuring innovation, cost efficiency, and alignment with strategic goals. Use AI software to help support the creation of campaign briefs.
  • Champion A/B testing, data analytics, and reporting practices to ensure evidence-based decision-making.
  • Manage global budget allocation for B2B campaigns, monitor spend efficiency, and deliver transparent reporting on campaign ROI and consistently use Sonova X tools for continuous learnings and improvements.
  • Provide leadership, mentorship, and professional development for more junior members of the marketing team
  • Salesforce strategy ownership and coordination of execution to drive evolution



More about you:



  • Degree in Marketing, Communication or equivalent corporate experience
  • Master's degree preferred.
  • 7+ years of experience in digital and B2B marketing, with proven success in strategy ownership and campaign leadership.
  • Strong expertise in CRM systems (Salesforce), marketing automation (Marketing Cloud), and data analytics tools.
  • Experience in Healthcare, MedTech, or similar regulated industries preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional projects and influence senior stakeholders.
  • English (fluency / native)
  • Any other European languages are an advantage
  • Experience with digital marketing tools
  • Nice to Have: Experience with Marketing Cloud or other email marketing software. Experience with InDesign. Experience with Salesforce CRM, Microsoft Teams, Google Ads, Microsoft Bing Ads, META Business Platform



Further Requirements: Must be willing and available to travel internationally

A minimum of 200Mb/sec download and 10Mb/sec upload speed internet connectivity is required to support any remote/hybrid employee functionality at Sonova

This role's pay range is between $109,600/yr - $164,400/yr. This role is also bonus eligible.
