In this role you will:



  • Process orders submitted by Account Executives according to the standards and practices outlined in the Sales Order Process document, in accordance with Branch Order Coordinator best practices, including but not limited to:

    1. Determine order type (Equipment, IT Hardware, IT Services, Software, Consulting, or Maintenance Agreement)
    2. Verify that the AE has submitted all of the necessary paperwork
    3. Obtain credit approval based on established guidelines
    4. Verify the accuracy and pricing of each line item on the sales order
    5. Process any revisions to sales orders by adding or removing items, changing pricing, revising bill-to and ship-to information


  • Project Manage the delivery, installation and training process in accordance with DIT Coordinator best practices. This would include, but not limited to:

    1. Serve as the customer's point of contact through the completion of delivery, installation, and training
    2. Lead in the effort to obtain the required logistical delivery, installation, and required network and connectivity information as well as identifying training needs of the customer


  • Demonstrate proficiency in the following task areas within eAutomate:

    1. Sales order processing
    2. Inventory management
    3. Service call input & dispatch
    4. Equipment record updating & management
    5. Customer record creation & management


  • Daily updating of sales orders to ensure the accuracy of the Sales Order Log
  • Work closely with Account Executives and various other departments as required
  • Assist service department as needed for loaner equipment and parts procurement
  • Coordinate equipment moves and pickups with external customers
  • Receive shipments from vendors/suppliers into system
  • Manage inventory at the branch, including but not limited to: supplies, demo equipment, stock, used and wholesale equipment
  • Warehouse duties include but are not limited to:

    1. Monthly inventory of all warehouse items
    2. Manage the used equipment wholesale process
    3. Managing toner recycle program
    4. Resolving freight and vendor damage claims


  • Miscellaneous job duties as assigned


You should have:



  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks both effectively and efficiently
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • The ability to quickly learn internal software for managing sales orders, delivery logistics and inventory control
  • Available to work overtime with little or no advance notice
  • May push or lift equipment weighing 50+ lbs. on wheels
