Job Summary The Tool Room Attendant is responsible for managing and distributing parts, tools, and supplies to internal customers in a warehouse or storeroom setting. This position requires strong attention to detail, reliability, and a commitment to excellent service. Job Responsibilities Assist employees in identifying and obtaining required parts, tools, or supplies Pull and prepare orders for pickup in an accurate and timely manner Verify incoming stock, record details, and place items in proper storage locations Maintain a clean, organized, and secure storeroom environment Conduct inventory checks and report discrepancies as needed Utilize basic computer systems for data entry and order tracking Provide friendly, efficient service while maintaining professional communication Job Requirements Minimum of six months of continuous employment with no gaps greater than three months At least six months of customer service experience Background in warehouse or storeroom operations preferred Ability to read and interpret work orders Basic computer proficiency; experience with data entry is a plus Strong organizational and time management skills Reliable attendance and punctuality are essential Must be able to pass a government background check and drug screening Additional Job Details This is a warehouse-based position that does not require or use forklifts Cell phone use during work hours is not permitted The role supports a government contract; candidates must meet all related clearance requirements #ZR
