Here is what you will be doing each day: As our Front Desk Agent at Aloft Mountain View, you will provide a warm welcome at check-in and a fond farewell at check-out and in between, creating a memorable experience from their arrival to departure. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

You are able to read the room and provide a personalized service to each guest that makes them feel recognized and valued. Besides being an expert in multitasking, you are also detail-orientated in all areas of the Front Desk operations.
