About The Position The Project Procurement Specialist reports to the Manager, Project Procurement and is focused on ensuring efficient coordination of the procurement of goods and services for allocated projects within the capital project portfolio. This role is accountable to engage with project teams to organize, support, audit, and ensure that the development, monitoring and reporting of procurement plans for material deliveries and execution of services for projects aligns with project execution expectations. Key responsibilities include:
Bachelor's degree required; preferably in Engineering, Accounting, Finance, Supply Chain, Digital or other related field from an accredited university. MBA, JD, or other related graduate degree preferred. Five or more years of directly relevant work experience in scheduling, forecasting, budgeting, and working with accounting practice is required. In addition to the above qualifications, the successful candidate will demonstrate: Experience with financial applications such as UIP, Primavera, PowerPlant and API preferred. Experience with EMPRV, TRIS, PeopleSoft, Success Enterprise (SE), Active Risk Manager (ARM) and other PC tools preferred. Knowledge of transmission system, and corresponding maintenance, operations and construction practices preferred. Proficient with MS Office Suite preferred. Specific details will be provided to qualified candidates. Compensation Range: $88,500.00 - $137,200.00At Ameren, base salary is one component of a competitive compensation package for employees. Our pay ranges are broad to allow for movement within our organization and to accommodate different skill sets and levels of expertise. We take into consideration a variety of factors including, but not limited to, skills, abilities, experience, education, credentials, and internal equity when determining the base salary offered. Roles are eligible for additional rewards including annual incentive payments based on individual and company performance.
