Production Operator - Night Shift Location: Plymouth, IN Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM \| Rotating Weekends Full-Time \| Hourly \| Non-Exempt Join a team where your skills matter and your growth is supported. Pregis is seeking a Production Operator with machine operation and setup experience to join our manufacturing team in Plymouth, IN. Why Work With Us? 401(k) with company match Benefits eligibility within your first month 12 paid holidays annually Opportunities for professional growth and advancement What You'll Do As a Production Operator, you'll play a key role in safely and efficiently operating production lines to meet manufacturing and quality standards. Responsibilities include: Setting up and operating production lines for various products Performing quality checks (length/weight, vacuum tests, micrometer readings) Assisting with packaging and staging materials Operating equipment such as core cutters, pallet jacks, and vacuum lifts Performing minor maintenance and housekeeping duties Supporting and mentoring team members when needed What We're Looking For Prior manufacturing or machine operation experience Strong mechanical aptitude and math skills Ability to read tape measures and follow detailed instructions Comfortable working in a fast-paced, non-airconditioned environment Safety-focused and dependable Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems is a plus Work Environment & Physical Requirements Indoor environment with heat/humidity and noise exposure Frequent standing, walking, lifting (up to 50 lbs), bending, and reaching Occasional stair/ladder climbing Repetitive use of hands, wrists, shoulders, and other joints Ready to take the next step in your career?
