We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Management Analyst to join our team. This position plays a critical role in ensuring accurate employee timekeeping and efficient travel processing across the organization. The ideal candidate will bring strong analytical skills, a commitment to compliance, and a passion for improving operational workflows.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS
  • 2+ years of experience in timekeeping, payroll, travel processing, or administrative analysis
  • Ability to obtain a DoD Security Clearence. Must be able to maintain the required clearance
  • Proficiency in timekeeping and travel management systems (e.g., Kronos, Concur, etc.)
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to interpret and apply policies, procedures, and regulations
  • High attention to detail and commitment to data integrity
RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Coordinate employee travel arrangements and process travel requests to various CONUS and OCONUS locations ensuring that travel for the C-UAS team is executed efficiently, accurately, and without administrative delays
  • Serve as the primary system administrator for the Automated Time and Attendance Production System (ATAAPS) managing user access and configuration
  • Process and review travel authorizations, vouchers, and reimbursements in accordance with applicable regulations
  • Provide training and assistance to employees, timekeepers, and supervisors on how to use the ATAAPS system
  • Develop and maintain documentation for timekeeping and travel procedures
  • Analyze data trends to identify opportunities for process improvement
  • Monitor and ensure that all time and attendance data entered ATAAPS is accurate, complete, and entered in accordance with established procedures and regulations
