Overview

Responsible for processing all reporting, data requests, and/or MMIS related requests that are assigned by the team Coordinator. Primary focus is in QSight and Infor MMIS systems. Works and coordinates with all Corporate Supply Chain team members, customers and other supporting departments to ensure timely and seamless support. Responsible to query, interpret, and analyze data through the advanced use of Microsoft Excel, SQL, Tableau, and MMIS Reporting platforms. Responsible to maintain reporting dashboards. Responsible to facilitate system design, configuration, and interface testing procedures, and reports all results according to the departmental standards. Assists in resolving major design issues and recommends solutions for resolution. Provides input to the performance evaluations and assessments of MMIS staff. Responsible to participate with the Supply Chain Analytics Manager with new hire interviews. Analyze business processes to ensure proper system configuration and function and recommends changes and enhancements to improve performance. Maintains, coordinates, and integrates MMIS related applications such as Infor and QSight. Responsible to log, track, and resolve issues and changes related to software code modifications or enhancements. Responsible to ensure that interdepartmental and customer requests are handled in a timely fashion. Spearheads CSC project tasks or incidents assigned through IRMA, Remedy, or any other Incident or Project Management platform independently. Responsible to maintain a high tolerance for the changing environments and be able to incorporate those changes and ambiguities into the overall support of the hospital or the project at hand. Responsible to promote a team atmosphere that is conducive to the overall accomplishment of goals, schedules, and deadlines. Demonstrate an ability to utilize new web-based tools as they become available and integrate into the day-to-day process of one's own work environment as well as the rest of the Materials Management staff. Qualifications EDUCATION Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Finance, Computer Science, or related discipline. EXPERIENCE Minimum 5 experience in Supply Chain Management, Information Technology, Finance, or related field. Ability to summarize, analyze, and report on data. Knowledge of Financial Principles preferred. Experience in Database Management and managing the input, analysis and reporting using a variety of software packages. QSight or Infor experience highly recommended. LICENSURE Professional certification preferred SPECIAL SKILLS Excellent analytical and computer software skills, specifically in Microsoft Office Suites, Tableau, or ERP/Point of Use systems such as QSight and Infor. Ability to research and interpret data; to include reporting, preparing and presenting data. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to function with multi-disciplinary teams.
