Our Company The Opportunity Reporting directly to the Director, Enterprise Marketing PMO, the Principal Program Manager, Enterprise Marketing will be responsible for driving on-time, high quality delivery of integrated marketing activations for enterprise product releases and marquee events. In this role you will partner with the Product Marketing team, global integrated campaigns team and the broader marketing organization to ensure plans are executed and delivered on time via our established process. We are looking for someone who operates with the highest levels of organization, enjoys collaborating with a range of stakeholders and who possesses a strong desire to learn and grow. What you need to succeed:
At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).
