Sales Representative
Are you ready to embark on an exciting journey in the world of sales? At Total Mechanical Service, we're looking for a passionate and drivenSales Representative to spark new sales growth and build lasting customer relationships within your dedicated territory. This is your opportunity to sell essential services in the fast-paced world of commercial Heating A/C and refrigeration equipment including commercial Kitchen equipment -and have fun doing it.
$55,000 Base Salary + Commission
Your Mission - What You'll Do:
- Trailblaze the Sales Process - Own the sales journey from prospecting to closing, hitting (and exceeding!) your territory sales goals.
- Unleash Your Charisma - Meet with prospective clients through in-person visits, calls, and emails, consistently promoting our brand with confidence and care.
- Craft Your Customer Canvas - Build and refine a strong Target List of prospects-your own roadmap to success.
- Be the Solution Architect - Recommend the right products and services to help our customers keep their Equipment running efficiently.
- Navigate the Sales Landscape - Create efficient travel routes across your territory to generate new business and follow up with prospects. Very Limited overnight travels

- Sales Mastery - Proven success in previous sales roles, with a track record of growing territory or accounts HVAC a plus

Requirements:
- Effective customer communication skills and a professional, service-oriented attitude.
- 100% dedication to working hard, being punctual, and staying organized.
- Professional personal appearance is appropriate for customer-facing interactions.
- Successful completion of a background check and drug screening.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Driving record must meet our company's safety standards.
