We're looking for a hands-on, detail-oriented Machine Operator to join our team! If you have mechanical know-how, a strong work ethic, and take pride in producing high-quality work, this is your opportunity to thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Schedules Available:

Day shift: 6:00am - 6:30pm, 12-hour, rotating 2-2-3 schedule

Night shift: 6:00pm - 6:30am, 12-hour, rotating 2-2-3 schedule

Pay Rate: $20 - $22/hr.

Key Responsibilities:



  • Perform major and minor changeovers, equipment repairs, and modifications to support production.
  • Troubleshoot manufacturing processes to resolve quality, equipment, and material issues.
  • Support new product and prototype production runs, ensuring correct materials and adherence to specifications.
  • Follow production schedules, complete labeling and line clearance sheets, and maintain accurate records.
  • Collaborate with quality and supervisory teams to address machine or process concerns.
  • Safely start, stop, and adjust machines, including performing color changes and cleaning blenders/hoppers.
  • Monitor cycle times, scrap rates, and other key production metrics, reporting issues as needed.
  • Assist in sampling new products and may occasionally supervise others.




Qualifications:



  • High school diploma or GED required; vocational training or Associate's degree preferred.
  • 2-3 years of relevant manufacturing or machine operation experience preferred.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude with knowledge of basic electricity, hydraulics, and pneumatics.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to prioritize work with minimal supervision and operate powered industrial trucks.
