We're hiring a Maintenance Technician to support daily operations at a large commercial and industrial facility-perfect for someone who loves variety, teamwork, and technical challenges.

Pay & Schedule

Pay Range: $30.69 - $37.60 per hour (based on experience)

Shift: 1st Shift (Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM; flexibility to stay late as needed)

What You'll Do



  • Perform preventive maintenance and minor repairs on facility systems and equipment
  • Conduct regular "shift rounds" to inspect and record system performance
  • Troubleshoot and service commercial docks, levelers, automatic doors, and lock hardware
  • Carry out basic electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and mechanical repairs
  • Complete filter changes, oil changes, and lubrication on various machinery
  • Maintain accurate records using the computerized maintenance management system (CMMS)
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with site staff and customers
  • Assist contractors or vendors as needed to support site operations



What You'll Bring



  • Education: High school diploma or GED required; trade school or technical training preferred
  • Experience:

    • Minimum 1 year of experience maintaining or repairing commercial docks, doors, or hydraulic systems
    • Familiarity with manufacturers such as Rite Hite, Nabco, or Stanley is a plus
    • General knowledge of electrical, plumbing, carpentry, or mechanical systems


  • Skills:

    • Able to use hand and power tools safely
    • Capable of reading and interpreting technical diagrams and manuals
    • Comfortable with basic computer programs, email, and digital work orders
    • Ability to work independently, manage changing priorities, and communicate clearly


  • Physical Requirements: Lift up to 40 lbs, climb ladders, and work in varying temperatures
