Hours & Pay (New/higher pay rates!)

Enjoy a schedule that fits your life-choose the shift that works best for you:

1st Shift Options - $23.00/hour



  • Start times of 6 AM, 6:30 PM, or 7 AM
  • Flexible schedules available: 8-hour shifts (5 days/week) or 10-hour shifts (4 days/week)


2nd Shift Options - $24.50/hour



  • Monday-Friday | 4:00 PM-12:30 AM


3rd Shift Options - $25.00/hour



  • Start times of 5:45 PM, 6 PM, 6:30 PM, and 7 PM
  • 8-hour (5 days/week) or 10-hour (4 days/week) schedule options


Training Schedule May be Different (1 Week):



  • 1st Shift: 7:30 AM-3:00 PM
  • 2nd & 3rd Shifts: 3:30 PM-12:00 AM



What You'll Do Each Day

As a Reach Truck Operator, you'll be an essential part of keeping warehouse operations running smoothly. Your key duties will include:



  • Operating a reach truck to move, stack, and organize merchandise efficiently and safely
  • Receiving, replenishing, and storing product that arrives on incoming shipments
  • Picking, packing, and preparing customer orders for shipment
  • Maintaining accurate inventory through scanning and documentation
  • Keeping work areas neat, clean, and hazard-free
  • Collaborating with team members to meet daily goals and maintain production flow
  • Training on a Cherry Picker (must be comfortable working at heights)
  • Following all warehouse safety standards and company procedures

What You'll Bring to the Team



  • At least 6 months of reach truck experience within the past year (required); 1+ years of reach truck experience is desired
  • Ability to pass an on-site reach truck driving test
  • Comfortable standing or operating equipment for 8+ hours per shift
  • Willingness to train on Cherry Picker equipment
  • Dependable, team-oriented, and motivated to meet production targets
  • Ability to lift up to 45 pounds safely
