JOB SUMMARY

The Transaction Banking (TxB) Pricing Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing pricing strategy across all TxB products and client segments. This role ensures that pricing framework, approval workflows and fee schedules are effectively maintained, aligned with market intelligence and support TxB's commercial objectives. This role will also oversee revenue management and profitability analytics ensuring data driven recommendations that optimize both client value and business performance.



  • Lead efforts in identifying billing and pricing needs across TxB suite of products and across target client segments.
  • Design and develop robust pricing models, tools and approval workflows that align with business strategy and risk appetite
  • Evaluate and recommend re-pricing opportunities to maximize profitability and market competitiveness
  • Lead and coordinate the TxB Pricing forum, ensuring effective decision making and documentation. Additionally, manage stakeholders, coordinate minutes and escalations, and follow ups including monitoring of approved deals and submissions.
  • Develop clear pricing approval process and maintain an efficient audit trail for transparency and compliance
  • Prepare and distribute pricing communications, pricing policy updates, and notification to relevant internal and external stakeholders.
  • Conduct on-going market research and competitive analysis to maintain high-quality intelligence on pricing trends and competitor offerings.
  • Provide insight to senior management on product profitability and pricing. Provide analytical support for strategic and tactical decision making and actions, including emerging opportunities, pricing innovations and market shifts
  • Support client pricing negotiation and special deal structing, as needed. Deliver clear communication on pricing changes, rationale and impacts across internal teams and client channels


QUALIFICATIONS



  • Minimum of 10 yrs with wholesale or transaction banking. Knowledgeable of transaction banking products
  • Prior experiences in Pricing and workflow management tools
  • Understand economic drivers of treasury services including ECR, Fee income and NIM etc.
  • Detail oriented with the ability to digest complex information to inform decisions.
  • Proven track record of building frameworks, running forums/committees and ensuring stakeholder engagement.
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Self motivated with the ability to prioritize and work independently as well as in a team environment
  • Creative and inquisitive mind that challenges status quo and conventional wisdom
  • Strong interpersonal and clear communication skills

Salary Range

The expected base salary for this New York, New York, United States-based position is $125000-$250000. In addition, you may be eligible for a discretionary bonus if you are an active employee as of fiscal year-end.
