Primary Location:

Nampa, Idaho

Forklift Operator: As a member of our Production team, you will play a key role in safely ensuring the efficient handling, storage, and distribution of our products.

  • Safely Operator electric or LPG fueled lift equipment in compliance with policies and procedures.

  • Assist in the overall operation of the palletizer and ensure efficiency with product changeovers.

  • Fix machine failures or escalate issues to appropriate team members for timely resolution.

  • Responsible for accurate inventory counts of finished product and materials using RF Scanners and tablets.

  • Transport or stage material to designated areas as needed for production.

  • Change batteries or replace liquefied gas tank.

  • Wears company provided uniform and PPE in compliance with policies and procedures.

  • Routinely complete Food Safety and GMP training as scheduled.

  • Other duties may be assigned by the immediate supervisor or other supervisor at any time.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED)preferred.

  • Previous Forklift experience preferred.

  • CO2 Filling Operator, Forklift operator certified or willing to obtain.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

  • The employee must regularly lift and/or move unaided up to 60 pounds and exert force of up to 100 pounds to lift or move objects with the aid of a manual lifting device.

  • The employee is occasionally exposed to precarious places, outside weather conditions, and pressurized containers.
