Overview

Navitus Health Solutions is seeking a Clinical Engagement Center Product Manager to join our team!

The Product Manager, Clinical Engagement Center (CEC) is responsible for providing program management support for the CEC, which provides telehealth services across the nation. The Product Manager (PM) will facilitate efforts to develop and co-implement clinical products aimed at improving the health of members. Administrative oversight and management of all CEC product line offerings is expected. The Product Manager will also be asked to provide production timetables, product pricing, and time-integrated plans for production. In addition, the Product Manager will develop marketing strategies, product requirements, and their specifications. The Product Manager will also be responsible for ensuring that CEC programs are in compliance with CMS, FCC and state regulations when applicable. Under direction, Product Manager (PM) will be responsible for managing Working collaboratively with the Pharmacists and Certified Pharmacy Technicians (CPht), the PM will ensure the timely and flawless execution of clinical program interventions to our members. The PM will also help identify product improvement opportunities, track and trend client participation, communicate with external vendors, perform quality assurance checks, assist with training other department product managers, and maintain program specific metrics.

Responsibilities

How do I make an impact on my team?

    Responsible for the operational oversight and management of products within the CEC and in collaboration with SMEs from other departments and division
  • In collaboration with CEC leadership, define the product strategy and assure roadmap execution
  • Assesses market competition by comparing the company's product to competitor's products
  • Develop and continually improve strategies, objectives and policies for the assigned products/programs, and establish and monitor high performance standards and productivity measures/targets
  • Recommend the nature and scope of present and future product lines by reviewing product specifications and requirements and appraising new product ideas
  • Introduce and market new products by developing time-integrated plans with sales and marketing
  • Provide product support for client implementations. Provide expert subject matter support to Navitus Client and Clinical Services Executives representing the client
  • Supports the development and maintenance of product documentation including training materials, call scripts, client reports, etc
  • Continually evaluate and monitor program metrics including turn-around times, CMR completion, patient satisfactions and accuracy in collaboration with CEC staff
  • Other duties as assigned


Qualifications

  • College degree
  • Experience as a member of a multi-disciplinary team is preferred
  • Professional PBM industry work experience is preferred
  • Knowledge of applicable data privacy practices and laws is preferred
  • Knowledge of healthcare industry practices and HIPAA regulations is preferred
  • Participate in, adhere to, and support compliance program objectives
  • The ability to consistently interact cooperatively and respectfully with other employees
