Clinical Finance Analyst Psych-Core-Rsch Full Time 86514BR Job Summary The Clinical Finance Analyst provides key support to the Department of Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences, providing portfolio management for clinical faculty, maintaining a wRVU tracking database, and serving as a back up for reporting performance goals on a monthly basis. This position reviews and analyzes clinical revenue and expense operations for one of the largest clinical departments in the School of Medicine. The Clinical Finance Analyst also processes clinical incentive payments and produces reports, including but not limited to analysis for strategic planning, operations improvement, and new initiatives. The final salary and offer components are subject to additional approvals based on UC policy. Your placement within the salary range is dependent on a number of factors including your work experience and internal equity within this position classification at UCSF. For positions that are represented by a labor union, placement within the salary range will be guided by the rules in the collective bargaining agreement. The salary range for this position is $89,600 - $134,400 (Annual Rate).
