The CMMS Clerks is the developer, along with MIS and Senior Leadership, of the CMMS program and is responsible for all its components. Essential Functions:The CMMS Clerks will blueprint plans to create the CMMS program based on each the plants essential needs. The CMMS Clerks will be responsible for carrying out all stages of the CMMS implementation within the various plants. To do so, the Clerk will utilize current standard SAP functions within current SAP modules to determine current tasks within the maintenance departments that can be done more efficiently. In addition, the CMMS Clerk will use knowledge of the maintenance systems in the plant to establish structures and master data to support CMMS processes including but not limited to coding, classifications, equipment, hierarchy structures, and process and technical object relations. Additional Responsibilities:SAP reporting within phase changes of CMMS program; Downtime tracking; Analyzing data and reports to reach implementation and program change decisions; Development of inventory processes to integrate with procurement and established financial functions; migration and loading of all PM Master Data to support implementation Knowledge, Skill, and Abilities:SAP; change management and planning; analytical expertise; reporting through SAP systems and various programs; industry specific maintenance knowledge pertaining to PM's, current departmental structures, and established maintenance needs Education and Experience: High School diploma and some college experience Preferred.
