What does a Field Sales Manager do at Swire Coca Cola?


Leads a team that promotes and develops Coca Cola brands within field level accounts. Promotes the growth and development of Coca-Cola and its allied products by building trust with customers, executing promotional activities and ensuring that accounts are merchandised in accordance with company standards.


Job Details:
Schedule: Monday - Friday, Full Time.

Responsibilities:



  • Achieve volume targets for channel of business
  • Achieve performance profit targets
  • Train and develop account management team
  • Manage and control expense budgets (human capital, products, waste and break
  • Attend meetings as assigned and assist with special projects and events


Requirements:



  • High School Diploma (or GED) required or equivalent degree/certificate required
  • Must have a NEW MEXICO valid driver's license
  • Must have a reliable vehicle to travel to stores within your routes
  • Driving record must meet Swire's vehicle policy requirements
  • Experience with sales/retail
  • 4+ years experience in beverage, food or equivalent industry
  • 2+ years experience in a leadership role
  • 2+ years merchandising or product delivery experience required or successfully completed Fast Forward Program (Internal trainee program) required
  • Experience working with vendors
  • Experience in merchandizing or product delivery and with expiration dates
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook and Power BI
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Ability to work weekends and holidays as directed by the b
